CEREAN - stands for Central European Real Estate Associations Network, registered as a civic association, non governmental, not for profit organisation, concerned with the development of ethical and professional real estate markets in the member countries.
CEREAN works closely with international and European organizations operating in the real estate market and works towards establishing a common European business platform for professionals operating in this field.
The main activity of the organization is directed on the regulation of lows, which are regulating the real estate markets and activity standards, creation and development of educational programs, research and analysis of real estate market in the member countries, interests lobby of operators and consumers of real estate market, risks insurance of activity on the real estate market, conference and seminars providing, etc.
CEREAN provides the Conference annual, that are attending the delegations of countries - members of CEREAN, and representatives of the real estate business (financiers, developers, realtors, appraisers, lawyers) of the CEREAN participating countries, Western Europe, USA and Canada.
